The counselling service is for unaccompanied underage asylum seekers (minors).
Regarding underage refugees who are not accompanied by adults, we start by clarifying the backdrop of their stay and their current living conditions.
Underage persons are taken into care. In single cases the guardianship is taken over, or private guardians are counselled. We clarify if minors can stay with private persons, what their residence status is in terms of aliens law, and if they can claim asylum.
