      One of the jobs of the Federal Employment Agency is to help disabled people participate in working life. It also carries out certain tasks to promote the participation of severely handicapped people and the like.

      Based on the principle that their integration should be as normal as possible but as special as necessary, there are specialist staff available at the public employment agency to help with employment and advice. They are available to help with job placement, promoting working relationships and jobs and in matters regarding the participation of severely handicapped people and the like.
